Conditions5

Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.

Applicant type
This call is for an armator of a fishing vessel used for commercial fishing.
Eligible project scope
Call covers purchasing, installing or modernizing required vessel tracking/electronic reporting/telecommunications elements for commercial fishing vessels at least 12m long, subject to satellite link, Polish administration vTrack/vCatch integration, configurable VMS transmission interval from 10 minutes and location accuracy/error conditions; or purchasing devices for vessels under 12m that enable installation of the Ministry vessel-movement monitoring application.
Other condition
The call record states applications are accepted from 15 October through 29 October 2026.
Other condition
No staff role, payroll cost, employee rate, headcount, FTE or contract term is identified as eligible for an armator under the current call-specific operation types (§26(6) assigned to an armator by §27(4)). This does not prohibit hiring from other funds.
Other condition
At least 10 points are required under the two call criteria: 5 points for a special catch permit for quota species and 10 points for buying/installing and managing mandatory vessel tracking/electronic reporting systems used for monitoring.

An armator is eligible for category §26(6): vessel tracking, electronic reporting, remote monitoring, engine-power measurement/recording systems or telecom service purchases/installations/modernizations. The separate operational-cost and wage categories are assigned to public control bodies, not the armator category. This call’s armator applicant is limited to the call’s vessel-system scope.
Funding intensity, maximum
85

Up to 85% for the armator category (§27(4) / §28(2)); rates for public bodies are separate and do not apply to this call’s armator beneficiary.
