What this is

Scindu Funding finds the open EU and Polish funding calls a company can use for R&D. You describe what you are developing; it shows the calls that fit, with deadlines, amounts and links to the official pages.

EU calls come from the public EU Funding & Tenders portal. A job reads the portal's public search every morning, stores grant topics and cascade-funding calls, and marks calls the portal no longer lists as closed. Procurement tenders are left out.

Polish national and regional calls come from Scindu's grant-data review: a structured handoff of provider records, typed conditions, personnel and rate rules, and source documents, each with its official URL and a review state. That review is still in progress, and the list says so.

Every open and upcoming call is classified for company eligibility: who can apply, the purpose, R&D relevance, whether Poland is eligible, region and amounts. Matching compares your goal with the eligible calls by meaning, using a multilingual language model; when that model is not available, it falls back to keyword search and says so.

Each row is a summary. Deadlines, budgets and texts are copied from the source page at the time of the check. The call conditions and the submission system stay at the source, and that is where eligibility must be verified.

Who runs it

Scindu Funding is run by Scindu, a company connecting business R&D with university expertise and funding. It is independent of the European Commission, of Polish funding bodies and of any university. Company accounts hold the e-mail address, the company profile you enter (name, website, region, size, sector, what you work on and what you want to develop) and the calls you save. E-mails left without an account are kept only to send the matching calls.

The site sets a language cookie and, when you sign in, a session cookie. It uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Provenance

The application was written from scratch for Scindu in October 2026 and reuses no code from systems the founder built earlier at Wrocław University of Science and Technology. The EU stream is collected by Scindu's own harvester. The Polish stream is a data handoff prepared with a modified copy of the founder's earlier grant-harvesting tooling plus fresh source captures and manual document review; that data stream is not a clean-room collection, and every record keeps its official source URL.
