Conditions
Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.
- Applicant restriction
- For one elected closed financial year among the three most recent, annual income must not exceed EUR 200,000 and net worth must not exceed EUR 400,000; both are assessed on the same year. Fund assignment uses the applicant’s own income under its NIF, not income of differently identified federations/networks. Income band determines which project-grant tier applies.
Fund 1 income ≤ EUR 60,000; Fund 2 EUR 60,001–130,000; Fund 3 EUR 130,001–200,000. A ±5% flexibility applies to discrepancies between declared and supported income at fund thresholds; larger differences can make an application ineligible. Extraordinary/non-recurring income is excluded from the calculation.
- Applicant restriction
- Organizations previously funded in earlier Social Power calls cannot apply, except organizations funded by the Tejiendo Derechos project.
- Applicant type
- Eligible applicants are formally registered Spanish associations, foundations, and non-profit cooperatives active in Spain; they must be non-profit, non-partisan and not affiliated with religious confessions, and their work must protect and promote EU fundamental rights and values. Additional requirements include gender-justice promotion, at least one year of relevant rights activity in Spain at publication, tax/social-security compliance, and the financial thresholds below.
The call also excludes commercial entities, trade/professional representation bodies, registered unions, political parties, professional associations, business associations and sports federations; see the call-specific restrictions.
- Application restriction
- The online application form is available only in Spanish, but proposals may be written in any co-official language of Spain. Application is online through the organization account; other submission channels are not accepted.
The application questionnaire assigns an organization to one fund; only that fund’s amount band may be requested.
- Eligible project scope
- Fundable activities must take place in Spain. Examples include rights advocacy/civic participation; free direct advice to target groups; EU-rights/value awareness; research, policy analysis or monitoring to influence public policy; implementation of adopted laws/rules; psychosocial support and collective care; transformative gender justice; and civic dialogue/platforms and coalitions. Strategic-litigation training/exchange can be included, but litigation or any administrative/judicial proceeding is expressly excluded.
Project must align with one selected rights agenda; no direct revenue from funded activities.
- Eligible project scope
- Projects must advance fundamental rights and EU values under one selected rights agenda: decent employment in a fair productive system; social protection and housing; or gender justice and diversity. Secondary links to other agendas are allowed, but the application selects and is evaluated against one primary agenda.
- Other condition
- Evaluation has three criteria: Relevance (40 points; minimum 25), Quality and coherence (40, including at least 3 points on the budget subcriterion), and Impact (20); minimum overall score is 70/100. Final ranking is by score within each rights agenda and fund band, while balancing the three agendas; the organizer may leave funds unawarded.
The same page specifies minimum 25 points for Relevance and minimum 3 in the budget subcriterion; passing thresholds does not guarantee selection.
- Other condition
- The call has three applicant-income-linked grant bands: Fund 1 is approximately 35–37 projects at EUR 7,000–15,000; Fund 2 approximately 15–17 projects at EUR 15,001–30,000; Fund 3 approximately 1–2 projects at EUR 30,001–60,000. Project count is adjustable by Oxfam Intermón; each organization is assigned only one fund based on qualifying income.
Ranges are separate tiers, not one universal project minimum/maximum. The counts are approximate and may change.
- Other condition
- The grant finances 100% of the amount approved for funding, and the project budget must not include co-financing from other donors. This does not assert that 100% of all proposed project costs are funded.
- Other condition
- Each organization may submit only one project, and only one project per organization will be funded.
- Other condition
- Applications are due 2 November 2026 at 17:00 Spanish mainland time; the submission form closes and late or email submissions are not accepted.
The organizer’s official live page also described the second call as open to 2 November; no independent portal status capture was saved.
- Project duration, maximum

- Project duration, minimum
