Call-wide allocation split equally: PLN 15,200,214.69 for RMR and PLN 15,200,214.69 for RWS; not an individual award ceiling. The allocation is converted from EUR at the stated ECB rate and can be increased after selection in defined circumstances.

The reviewed regulation identifies direct eligible categories including investment documentation and project supervision; expansion/reconstruction/renovation/adaptation of BCU facilities; necessary installations and technical infrastructure; safety, hygiene and teaching-condition adaptations; directly related site works; teaching/technical equipment, machinery and devices; and cross-financed staff preparation to use new/modernized infrastructure and accessibility actions. These are listed as examples and remain subject to necessity and the relevant fund rules.
