Infrastructure support for a ZAZ or WTZ is conditional: that unit must already have received EFS+ support under FEdP 2021–2027 Działanie 08.03. For a project covering both units, the condition is verified separately for each. The official FAQ says the relevant unit may be substantively included in the EFS+ support even if it is not formally named as an implementing entity in that grant.
